1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlipRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including beta testers, subscribers, and pay-per-use customers.
2. Description of Service
FlipRoute provides a web-based platform ("FlipRoute Batch") that allows resellers to upload product photos, auto-generate eBay listings using AI, and publish listings in bulk to eBay. The Service integrates with eBay's APIs and requires a valid eBay seller account.
FlipRoute also offers a mobile application ("FlipRoute iOS") for route optimization, item research, and inventory management. Features and availability may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid eBay seller account to use FlipRoute Batch. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fliproute.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
FlipRoute Batch is available under the following subscription plans:
- Starter — $20/month, 200 listing credits/month
- Growth — $40/month, 500 listing credits/month
- Pro — $75/month, 1,000 listing credits/month
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits roll over indefinitely and do not expire while your subscription is active. Credits are forfeited upon cancellation.
You may also use the Service on a pay-per-use basis via the Wallet feature at $0.18 per listing. Wallet balances ($10, $25, or $50 top-ups) never expire.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits consumed in the creation or publishing of listings are non-refundable. Unused wallet balances are non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@fliproute.ai within 30 days of the charge.
7. eBay Integration
FlipRoute connects to your eBay account via OAuth. By connecting your eBay account, you authorize FlipRoute to create, modify, and publish listings on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all listings published through the Service.
FlipRoute is not affiliated with eBay Inc. eBay's own terms of service apply to all listings published through the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
- Violate eBay's terms of service or policies
- Upload content you do not own or have rights to use
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
- Engage in fraudulent activity of any kind
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
FlipRoute and its underlying technology are owned by FlipRoute AI LLC. You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant FlipRoute a limited license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
10. Beta Access
Beta testers receive early access to the Service at no cost during the beta period. Beta features may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued. FlipRoute makes no guarantees about the stability or continued availability of beta features.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FlipRoute does not guarantee that AI-generated listing titles, descriptions, or item specifics will be accurate or accepted by eBay. You are responsible for reviewing all listings before publishing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipRoute AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to eBay listing fees, lost sales, or account suspensions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
